Shipping & delivery
- Orders are dispatched after confirmation on call, usually within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery time typically depends on your location and the courier partner (generally 3–7 working days across India).
- Products are packed discreetly. You will receive tracking details where available.
- Please keep your phone reachable; the courier may call before delivery.
Damaged or wrong product
If you receive a damaged, leaking, expired or wrong product, inform us within 48 hours of delivery at 9540588899 with your order details and photos of the package. After verification, we will replace the product.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used health supplement products cannot be returned. Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned only in the cases mentioned above.
Refunds
- If a replacement is not possible, an approved refund is processed to your original payment method or bank account within 7–10 working days.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason are not eligible for refund of shipping charges.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by calling us. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
